• When you upload a photo for profile verification or moderation, AWS Rekognition analyzes the image to detect a face, confirm it matches your profile, and ensure it meets our community standards.
• We do not collect or store biometric identifiers such as Apple’s Face ID or raw facial scans.

How We Use Face Data
• Profile Verification: Confirm that the person in your profile photo is you.
• Content Moderation & Safety: Ensure uploaded photos are real and appropriate.
•  User Experience Enhancements: Improve photo clarity and usability (e.g., detecting smiles, eyes open).
•  Face data is never used for advertising, tracking, or marketing.

Sharing
• Face data is not shared with any third parties, advertisers, or external entities.
• Processing occurs only within AWS Rekognition under strict security standards.
